Lynda is the senior planner, in charge of Neighborhood Planning and updating the long range plan for the city.  Her special interests are affordable housing, economic development, conservation of our local resources, and neighborhood planning.  She belong to the American Planning Association, the Congress on the New Urbanism, and Urban Land Institute.
